Thanks. I've had a quick read of the conclusion and will read the full thing later but looks like it's a lot better than I'd expect at that price. Makes me wonder if it really is f/1.2.

Those were built well .. when things were built by artisans and craftsmen. Nice.

You're going to Love the Fuji X-H1. I just got mine a few months ago. So far the best camera I've eve owned. I just received a vintage Tokina 100-300 AT-X F4 lens in the mail today I'm going to pair my X-H1 up with. I've owned this lens before and it is sharp. I'm going to hang onto this one. Heres a photo with the Tokina and my Pentax K-5.

You will love xh1 it is a stellar camera. I gave in and bought a good deal used 50r today and two new lenses which I am sure in some ways will be better but xh1 is faster focus and ibis and definitely a better all rounder. The gfx I have specific ideas for but expect to still use xh1 a lot. ... the rest of my Fuji collection is going up for sale in new year though to help offset this spend

so far, so good - the bigger grip is nearly ideal for a camera body this size, while the X-T2 needs to be enhanced...

Many thanks.

Here is a short series of bokeh shots of my parents-in-laws' christmas tree using the X-T20 and the Chinon 55mm f/1.7 I bought earlier this year.

Provia vs Eterna

I can see why Eterna isn't everyone's cuppa, but will definitely have its uses....

Eterna is great if you are shooting video you are going to colour grade (though ideally shooting f-log is best)
Same applies with photos the neutral look is great for later grading rather than starting from a more narrow view
