same corner at sunset (funnily enough the last time I had the X100T out)

On this corner, there will be 2 of the lines the King Car (the one turning north to go to Broadview Subway Station) and the Queen Car (this is the corner of Queen and Broadview)
there are 5 main Streetcar lines here still, and then a couple of LRT under construction (LRT are a lot like streetcars, just with a right of way so faster ) - Toronto is the biggest city in Canada and the 4th largest in North America
Mexico City (Mexico): 8,854,600
New York City (US): 8,550,405
Los Angeles (US): 3,971,883
Toronto (Canada): 2,826,498

The Greater Toronto Area (which includes all the suburbs that are cities in their own right in many cases but part of the urban area) is about 6.2 million

5 more years and I will be retiring and selling up and leaving to probably become a hick myself (at least for part of the year, part of the year I hope to live on a beach in the Yucatan

it is pretty amazing, I am going to hold out for a gfx100R in a few years as the 150 releases meanwhile, I will buy lenses (there is a 50R on the Facebook marketplace with the 45 50 and 63 for $6300 Canadian. ugh I should have waited a month. I am going to get the 45-100 next though at end of February, then save for the 80 which looks amazing .... I realized it could cost me 10's of thousands collecting GF lenses

Why wouldnt I, one was free, another cost 45 US(new) the third was new and near full price. They live in different bags.

Also have 3 copies of other lenses...16/50...50/230...some K mounts as well.
I have three copies of the M 50/1.7 - one lives at home with me, one lives at my in-laws (where we spend quite a lot of time when CoViD allows) and one lives at my parents' house, which I used to visit a lot but far, far less now.

Free is my favourite price, especially for lenses. 45 isn't too bad either, especially new. I think if I had three copies of an AF lens I'd sell off a couple to raise funds for something else.

Definitely gives the Fuji 23 1.4 a run for the money
I'm really enjoying it so far and have absolutely nothing to complain about, it's just a great lens which does everything I ask of it so far.

Apparently there is new firmware for all three (23, 33, 56) lenses that reduces the minimum focus distance, so I need to look into that. I saw one report that on the 56mm it brings it down from 60cm to 50cm, which is a decent amount. What I don't understand is why a firmware version is altering something that should only be limited by the mechanical construction. Why would you release lenses that use software to artificially limit how close they can focus??? It makes no sense to me.

Yesterday I took some shots to compare the sizes of these - the 23 and the 56 and the Viltrox 23 with the Fujinon 23mm f/2. These were taken with the X-T20 and the Rokkor 58mm f/1.4, which is what I've been using to take all my most recent camera gear shots, not because it focuses closely but it's good enough and the bokeh is lovely and smooth.

One copy wasn't enough, so when the 45 copy showed up(145 but with 100 cash back) I grabbed it.Then a camera and 3 lenses popped up at a bargain prices after reselling, the 27 became a Freeby.
The addition of WR and aperture ring now makes the new 27 mandatory.

100R will be expected(2022), the 150 well maybe?(Sony may have a 200mp sensor by then?)

End of this years,XH2/XT5 is very possible with the new sensor that includes 8K

Very tempted and confused at the US pricing ... where the addition of the new 27/2.8 WR to an X-E4 body is ... only $200 ?!

Makes it attractive to buy the XE_4 but I don't need the body,I think I'll wait till end of year when there will be cashBack deals.
