Same here, its my favourite manual lens.Story is I bought one and was so impressed that I had to get another. Then a mint condition copy with box became available so got that one too.

The addition of WR and aperture ring now makes the new 27 mandatory.
Ha ha. I bought my first M 50/1.7 as my first ever manual lens. Subsequent copies just came on camera bodies or in bundles where I wanted something else and I decided to keep them.

(both at f1.4)
How are you finding the 35/1.4?

You took the words straight out of my mouth (keyboard??).

I was eyeing up a GFX with 63/2.8 combo at the weekend, now that would be a beautiful thing...

In the meantime, here are a couple of shots from the lowly X-T20 and Viltrox 23/1.4

enjoying it thoroughly - it adds so little weight to the X-T2 and is sharp!

I just upgraded the firmware on both my Viltrox lenses and tested the minimum focus distance of the 56/1.4 and I can say it's completely unchanged, so the Viltrox claim of reducing it is false. I can't check the 23mm as I don't have any images that I know were taken at MFD but I think it's likely to be the same.

Actually that camera appears to be smaller than my canon 5d.
If you go to camera size.com ,

One needs all new lenses though ? Even if one kidney could be sold for just the camera.

The bad and the good NEWS!

First the Bad...Due to preorders going a long way above expectations.the GFX100S won't be at B&H or Adorama until March 11th.

At one reseller, the demand is higher than the previous 3 GFXs combined.

The good news is, the new zoom will be available in first half of 2021.Making 14 WR lenses for the system.
