Looking for a cheap but decent canon ttl flash

I'm looking to get my mom a flash for her Canon DSLR. I'd like something that can twist and rotate so she can do bounce flash with it. TTL would be great. I'm thinking either the Yongnuo YN-568EX II or the Canon 430EX II. Thoughts/recommendations?

Canon's TTL flash system is very well supported throughout most of the third party manufacturers. Even the cheap Chinese stuff. Yong-nuo, Metz, Vivitar, Sunpak, Bower, Sigma. They all make flashes that will do the job.
