Canon ion RC-260 (1991) advice on selling?

My first "digital" camera was Canon ion RC-260 produced in 1991. It is actually an analogue still-video camera with accompaning digitizer card. The IQ was (is) absolutely useless, so its only value will be as a collectors item. Comes with all kinds of accessories, even a stand for copying film. Battery dead but still works with AC-adapter. Found a copy on ebay selling at approx. 500 $ and a copy on a danish marketsplace selling for approx. 80 $. Does anyone have an idea of its value and a good place to sell? The money is not terribly important but I would like to find it a good home.

Thank you, Michael, that is good advice! The idea of auctioning it off had not entered my mind. Makes the pricing a lot easier. I will consider it.

"selling" is the operative word here, those are 'selling' but not 'sold'. "Sold" is what you need to look for and with something as rare as what you have finding a market price will be very hard.

I agree with Michael, put it up for auction with good pictures and "as is" "collectible" in the description and see what happens.
