Not only it change the perspective noticably and need you to be much further away from the subject but it isn't the case. Then only case where 200mm f/2.8 and 105mm f/1.4 are roughtly equivalent is if you put the 200mm on FF and the 105mm on m4/3...
The 200mm f/2.8 background blur will only start to be similar to that 105mm f/1.4 if it 50-100m from the subject. And if the background is only 1, 2, 3 or 4 meters aways, the 105mm f/1.4 will blur things much more. You need a 200mm f/2 to get something similar to a 105mm f/1.4 and it could be argued that 105mm f/1.4 offer a more comfortable working distance as well as much smaller/ligher/handoldable lens.
As there already a few 105mm pictures on this thread, you are welcome to show us some nice portraits with your DFA70-200 to show how unecessary that 105mm is
