Impressive if Nikon can can keep doing this. Especially if they keep the same 1900 mAh EN-EL15 battery as the D800/D810.

D800 - 900 shots (CIPA) - 1000g
D810 - 1200 shots (CIPA) - 980g

7fps but without grip...9fps with grip....

So cost with grip is pushing over 4K U$

Electronic shutter with silent shooting 6fps

Buffer for 51 uncompressed Raws @ 14bit

Over U$ 4000 with grip and 2 batteries which u need for full capability, kinda like the 1600 XT2 needs 400 grip to do everything.

I find these Nikon low-light focus claims fanciful.

I have access to a D750 at the moment which claims -3EV AF, and a D7200 which claims the same. However the K-1 and K-3 auto-focus, which is also -3EV rated, routinely can grab AF in very dark areas much more confidently and reliably than either of those Nikons. On paper there shouldn't be a difference.

Somehow Nikon's testing of this specification must be different from how Pentax tests.

Native iso range could have been a stop more. It's a stop down from the D810. The automated focus stacking is neat. Maybe Ricoh could include it in a firmware update.

Are there any existing cameras that have built in focus bracketing for stacking? While turning the focusing ring isn't always the best method for stacks, I've often wondered why a built in-automated focus-bracketing option isn't widespread. It's great to see it turn up, it should filter out to other cameras.

Some Oly cameras have focus bracketing and stacking.
