Fujifilm MF to come.

Yes, theres more!

Rumours have been around for a while about the GFR 50(just what i'm calling it),this is the first substantial confirmation.

Nothing he says is really insider information. Fuji has been making the Professional HD broadcast lenses for Sony for years as well as the medium format lenses for the Hassey H series. Fuji moving into the high-end video market makes sense. It will be an expensive camera. Fujinon 4K Premier UHD UA107X8.4 Box-Type 107x UA107X8.4BESM B&H

Fuji lens engineers mentioned designing the MF glass for the coming 100MP sensor last year. Sony is has a new 50MP and 100MP MF sensor on their roadmap if its not already in production. I like the Angry photographer just fine. Sometimes he is interesting, but this video really doesn't cover anything that Fuji fans shouldn't already know.

All depends what you term "expensive"...i'm guessing that the XH1(shhh its a secret) will be a similar price to the GH 5 SSSSS.

The announcemet to make that one official isnt far away. What IS expensive are the Cine lenses designed for video.

What the device is capable of will be interesting!

Well plenty wouldnt know unless they follow the rumour sites and plenty wouldnt want to know because they dont do video.

Whats of interest to me is the "rangefinder" MF variant...rumours surfaced a fair while ago that it was happening and the price was likely to be 38/4000 U$,a supersized Xpro2 which is just the GFX 50s in a different shape and with diminished features.Angry's price ideas are likely to be a bit low.

Actually Sony Semiconductor Solutions have a 100MP (33x44mm) and a 150MP (40.4x53.7mm) sensor on their roadmap. Both are backside-illuminated and 4K capable.
