green O on aperture ring on Canon FD 50

Can anybody tell me what means that green O (or #0) on the aperture ring, after f16, on my Canon FD 50mm 1.8 lens?

It depends on the year of production, but almost certainly means O = (A)utomatic, of course with cameras that support it, I hope it will help you.
