A couple with the Samyang 45mm f/1.8, which I'm using in the Daily-in challenge. All my shots these days on a Sony A7iii.

That old lock sure reminds me of the house I grew up in. It had smaller versions of that one holding various cupboard doors shut.

It acts as the lock for the 'coal store', essentially a cupboard under the stairs accessible from outside. Was still a design incorporated in '60s houses such as this despite a general movement towards gas fires.
It unlocks and locks with a very satisfying 'clunk'.

I'm a tad on the fence about keeping this one. I need to take it out for a prolonged session and see how much I enjoy using it.

FiancÚ's hat and a Frederic Malle fragrance sample I've been meaning to try. Not overly sure of my post-processing, might desaturate the oranges/yellows a little later and see whether that's easier on the eye.

I enjoyed this one and the one focusing on the camera.

Taken with an a6400, not my a7iii. But this time with a new to me Takumar 50/1.4. This is my kiddo, posing for his student council election portrait. And like a numbskull, I shot wide open and missed focus on his eyes by a few inches. Once he’d smiled for this one, I wasn’t getting another chance, so it had to do.
