One of the Big Boys is fighting back and the sleeeping giant could be just playing possum?

Its 14minutes and a good summary of the near future, some of the details are a little inaccurate(if ya wanta nitpick).

I think he's a little overly dramatic. Interesting, but over hyped like watching (inset network) nightly news, and just as opinionated.

Like most spruikers on the Tube who speculate,.... the small players will stay where they are, in the little skirmishes.

Only if you are interested in the future of capturing still and moving pictures.

Of course that is interesting but YouTube speculation is not useful.

Doesn't Canon claim to currently lead MILC sales in Japan?

Yes, their product is Apsc only....and its only speculation at this stage IF,they announce a FF or M5 mk2 on Sept 4/5.

CaNik come into FF M/L as small time tryers.

But if their APS-C products outsells all Sony products, that means FF is not a large part of the Japanese market. By implication, it would say that being strong in APS-C is more important than being strong in FF.

Yes, probably...and you could say that world wide too.

No, camera reputations and performance rely on a bit more than Apsc....But, Yes from a marketing perspective.Plenty of revenue comes from Apsc.

Nobody ever is. The constant snipping at their videos here says much more about the critics than the youtubers. They offer their thoughts, which, in fact, are often accurate and helpful. They do not always say what we would have said or what we would want them to say. We need to live with that. I would not be surprised if they have given more positive information and opinions on Pentax than anyone else on the Internet.
