Comparing Canon 5D mk iii to the mk iv

Sometimes it seems like the upgrades from one version to the next on cameras don't really change a lot. I've used the 5D mkii and mkiii interchangeably on projects. There's differences definitely but the results side by side I couldn't tell you which one was which. It sounds from this and other things I've read like the mkiv really does have some new bells and whistles. Anyone transitioned between them? What was the experience like?
