What other Interchangable lens camera brands have you owned other than Pentax?

I have owned:

Samsung - Great bodies, friendly UI...but Samsung left the camera business and left me with a dead system which prompted a search for another system

FUJI - I did not like the XE-2 I bought used as much as a thought I would. The lenses were really expensive for my use (as a second system, I didn't want to throw thousands of dollars into a system) and the lack of IS means I didn't use it hiking as much as I thought I would. My shaky hands means IS really helps getting sharper images. Loved Fuji colors but not enough that I decided to sell off the system (at a bit of a loss but not as much as I was expecting- good second hand value)

Panasonic M43 - GX85 My current second system, love the system as a second camera for travel and hiking system. Love the interface, love the 4k video that it shoots. Really affordable (I bought a body, 12-32mm and 45-150mm for 330 open box on Amazon). The white balance system seems to be a little weird in Lightroom (which I think is where the whole Panasonic has worse colors than Olympus comes from)

Every system has strengths and weaknesses not trying to bash one or the other.

Mamiyaflex TLR (not sure which model, briefly and with only one lens pair)
Nikon Ft3, F2a
Canon AE-1
Samsung NX300
Panasonic GX1
Panasonic GX7
Olympus EM1

I have shot many other Nikon models (f, fm, fe, fe2, f3) and some Olympus 35mm SLRs, some Hassleblad and Bronica models etc. However none of these were owned by me.

Uncle & I have nx300 and both gx bodies in common. My em bodies were 5/10/10ii plus pen ep5, pm2 and pl5.

My first digital was a kodak dc260 and ls443, lumix dc40 and casio p505. First dSLR was a sony a200 before returning to pentax like my film days.

Like you I have the Fuji X and Pany M43 systems. Indeed the Gx85 does nice 4K video.

Had Canon, didn't much care for it. Still have a Nikon D600, like everything about it except it's lack of pixel shift and IBIS

I've only owned digital ILC cameras from Pentax.

On film, I had a small Minolta system that I liked a lot but ended up selling. I actually enjoyed shooting with the Minolta more than with the Pentax film cameras I've had (K1000, A3000, ZX-M and currently P30T)*, but I didn't want to maintain two systems and I thought I'd use the money to buy me a Pentax lens or two, I think I used the money for the DA 16-45, don't remember exactly. I still have a soft spot for those old Minolta lenses!

*I recently bought a Pentax LX that needs new light seals and has a sticky shutter - once that is fixed and if I end up shooting film again, I expect it to become my favorite camera of all time... even more than the Minolta XG-M I had, which I loved.

Had Sony a6000 and 4 lenses. sold it. Good camera with small size, not as intuitive as Pentax system.

Used Nikons extensively at work a few years ago (use Pentax there now)

2 Pentax DSLRs, 1 Pentax film camera, Olympus OM-D E-M5 for a short time, Nikon F2, Vivitar. About it. I still want an E-M5 again. I liked that little camera but I sold it to get a K-3II. Only cameras that I've really used have been the 2 Pentax DSLRs.
