Interesting to see if it done in camera or only after downloading the 16 images. If done in camera, can imagine the “wait while processing” time is going to be taxing on the camera cpu and buffers. If done after downloading, what software is going to be used?

Probably the free version of CaptureOne for Fuji....Olympus/Panasonic do it in camera but $ony is on Puta.

Its taken quite a while to develop and seeing its new,it may be crawl b4 you walk?

I remember viewing a stitched landscape at photographylife by Nasim Mansurov. It was impressive but it literally crashed my computer! (To be fair, I just wait until my computers actually completely stop working before replacing them.)

Is this just a hand held super resolution, like Olympus and Pentax have? Because I haven't been too impressed by those -- a lot of work for a small amount of detail.

(And huge files).

You can already do super resolution, even if you don't own one of those cameras. Bruce Banner did a number of them, but they didn't seem to give that much improvement over a base image. A Practical Guide to Creating Superresolution Photos with Photoshop

i dont know yet but would be surprised if it was.Yes,hand held seems handy but not dandy!
