Olympus Forum

I've been looking for a good Olympus forum so that my wife can have that as a resource for some questions she has.

Anyone know of any good Olympus forums that are as easy to use and read as Pentaxforums?

I had to take a look for one for a friend and found this:

Olympus Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review

Don't know if it's good or not but it's a place to go and ask.

I don't think other sites can beat us there

Perhaps I should just open up a forum/domain for every brand and watch the traffic pour in tongue

I am a longtime fan of forum.fourthirdsphoto.com. There have been some recent forum changes which make it slightly more confusing, imo, but before it was just as nice as pentaxforums and even now it's still much nicer than, say, the dpreview forums...

Like Pentaxforums, it has personality. I guess that's what I like about it.

Thank you for all your suggestions. I was looking for a forum that wasn't dpreview. Too many trolls there.

At DPR, NO, Not Possible
That`s what keeps that forum going. Although try slaming Canon or Nikon and watch out

Although I only have an Olympus Trip-35 I wouldn`t mind joining a good Olympus forum.
I do respect the company, and think that some of their older lenses are among the best.

No. Start up canonforums or whatever, and cybersquat. Shove a bunch of links to porn sites - the more perverted the better - and reap revenue off the clicks.

Then, once Canon finds out about it (and they will!) they will trip over themselves to buy it off you. After all, it's your website, and the word "canon" isn't just reserved for the name of the world's biggest camera company. Innocent mistake. Perfectly legal.

But still, Canon will be worried about all their users getting misdirected like that. They will pay millions to unsully their name.

The best bit is, even after they buy it off you, and turn it into something decent, they'll still be getting the odd complaint inquiring about what happened to all the porn links...

Go visit RFF (rangefinderforum.com) -- lots of Olympus fans there, mostly rangefinder/compact but there's an OM mount following too.

Fourthirdsphoto.com has a very good layout in post your photo section. The members are quite civilised.
