Yeah so, but how do you change lenses???

This is fanboyism gone insane. I thought I had some bad moments.

Plus what happens when the model is disco'd and replaced with a D3x1?

It is actually Canon fanboysm. Who else would insinuate that a person would expend 8K in a camera like that to use it on "Program mode"?

I kind of dig the style - it's got a comic strip/soft lead pencil quality to the lines. But I'd need to see a 100% crop in low light to be convinced that it's any good.

Now that's more like it!
That artist at least got the lens formula and camera details right...

Hey Bramela that midrif tattoo is quite practical - with a bit of gaffer tape you can mask off areas and after a bit of sunburn you can see what the K1000 would look like with a red leather grip.

That Nikon D3X on the forearm is what I like to call a "CLT" or Career-Limiting Tattoo.

Exactly,

He'll never work for Canon, Pentax, Olympus, Sony, Leica etc.

I can hear the jokes his grandkids will be making in 35 years from now...

So the barbed wire I have tattoed arround my bicep will look dated someday? I don't think so... It was cool in 1994, and it will be even cooler in 2034...

I have to disagree there. and that guy is a douche. never, ever would I tattoo a camera onto my body. and if I were to do something so stupid, I would at least choose a classic film body, not some modern trashy digital camera. what lens is attached to his D3x? the big zoom makes it look even more ridiculous....

the optical formula tattoo is kind of neat, though it looks akward on the arm like that.
