What camera/lens combo is this ?

NASA astronaut Andrew Feustel, STS-134 mission specialist, uses a still camera to photograph the topography of a point on Earth from a window in the Cupola of the International Space Station while space shuttle Endeavour remains docked with the station.

Based on the button layout, it's a Nikon D3s, but I have no clue what lens is attached.

Probably not. Notice the marking above the button with the key on it on the left side of the back of the camera. There are two markings above the "key" button on the D3x and only one on the D3s (which matches what's on the camera in question).
