I'm getting a flash back to the Squirrel Lady in the movie Rat Race where she would give you bad driving directions sending you off a cliff if you didn't adopt one of her squirrels.

Kathy Bates, always a crack-up.

My buddy traps squirrels and takes them across the river to St. Paul to release them.

You've changed. Day was when you'd have posted a shot of Otis with the wiring harness between his teeth.

My agreement with Otis was always about leaving my cherished Jeep alone and free from the razor teeth of Otis' Army squirrels. Well, he failed to deliver! I warned him!
If you don't want to adopt these little wire eating furballs, perhaps I can interest you guys in some dressed flash frozen young tender ones? I hear that Brunswick stew is delicious! I can fill your freezer in no time!

Regards!

I grew up hunting squirrels and rabbits. Though then, it was fox squirrels that were abundant. The greys have moved in in the last 20 years and the fox are all but gone. The greys are smaller and I don't know how they compare with the foxes stew-wise.

Abie/Pat....I love those B/W photos you post. I have a question? Is that the BW from the camera or are you getting those deep true blacks from processing? I can never get that true BW kind of capture.

Just have to post one more of the little angel I shot Thursday, this with the K5 and 43Ltd.

Marci...Isn't she lovely!

The problem with long threads is that you don't remember what you already posted. Please forgive me if I am repeating myself!!

Before dawn, down the road from my house

I have some ND filters I bought to go with my Pentax lenses... at 49mm they also fit the X100. ND8/ND400 stacked here. Middle of a bright and glary summer day. It was just an experiment but one I will pursue further when my car is fixed.

Just something I took when I was unable to get out
