Not a squirrel in sight these past few days?

Sorry never bother to shoot the ones that usually explore my backyard or anywhere else come to think of it?

Ha. But I didn't leave the little fella in the street to rot either. I picked him up and gave him a proper burial.

Otis thanks you Tuco, it was the right thing to do.....after you tried CPR, of course!

The Big Frenzy was a huge success, lots of new WSSA Members.....(64) I believe! After all the monitoring of the Frenzies at 4 different sites, the screen shooting of the entries and transfer to the Otis Gallery at Flickr, I'm pretty worn out! I used to stay up all night with ease...no longer so! This being an old guy is tough work!

Yep, a Frenzy is tough on squirrels too, too much partying, too much booze, and too much fun!

A little rest and they will be like new!

Best Regards!

The big Michigan Squirrel completely tore apart the pine bird feeder and it fell to the ground
So the new bird feeder is made out of a stainless container stolen from the kitchen and a potted plant base. Let them chew on that.
I took this hand held from attic window with the SMC Pentax 1:4 200mm.
I have an old 300mm Soligor but it is M42 and I don't have the adaptor.

So I might try the 200mm on M43 on a tripod, to see if it can get some birds closer in.

Today this big old Michigan Squirrel is caught trying to chew through the wire holding the bird feeder up.
He is emboldened by the success of his complete destruction of the previous pine feeder.

OH no, it's taking on a life of it's own.... and become the post your squirrel shot's thread.

How about a flying squirrel...

Do chipmunks count?

I got more, but it's getting late.

Too bad i was away for the big thing-a-ma-jig.
