Sony a6000 or Sony a6300 or Sony a6500?

Okay, can I have your guys' opinions on these and which one would you get and why? I don't want you to tell me "what features do you need and here may be what's best for you". I want you to tell me which one you would pick if you were the one that is making that decision, and what is your opinion and reason behind it. Thanks!

Sony
a6000, a6300, a6500

My sister wants a new camera and have her eyes set on the A6x00 series. The price differential is quite substantial, and so I ask and is it worth it to you enough based off specifications, that you are willing to pay the premium price for the top tier?

The 6300 overheats, thats Y the 6500 appeared so quickly.

6500 does 4K stuff more recent costs more...6000 is good basic 1080...both do nice stills.

One advantage of the 6500 is with the techart pro AF adapter it will work with thousands of lenses.

Talk her into a Fuji!...the menus are Ok....

The a6500. Why? Because race car.

Errr...... I mean IBIS.

IBIS for stabilizing any lens & shooting in low light with low ISO & slow shutter speed.

It all depends which features your sister really needs. I have the a6000, and have seen no need to upgrade, based on my needs. My a6000 was purchased like new with under 1000 shutter
clicks for well under $400. I have recently seen a similar condition a6000 offered for $300. Hard to beat deals like that.

Buy the A6000 Body only and then buy the Sony SELP18105G E PZ 18-105mm F4 G OSS it is very good. Even after buying these she will still have $300+ to get another lens rather than just buying the A6500 body. The sony kit lens is a turd I bought my a6000 and sold the kit lens.

If your sister is mostly taking stills, and using sony oss lenses, than get the a6000. otherwise i would skip the a6300 and go for the a6500.
