Reporting bugs to Fujifilm?

Hi folks,

does anyone know how to report bugs to Fujifilm? I have an X-S10 and I'm pretty sure the IBIS stays on despite turning it off when using a stabilized lens.
I also have a feature request: In Auto-ISO, allow us to choose any supported ISO value as max sensitivity, not just from that stripped-down selection.

The mail to Fuji is already written, I just don't know where to send it to.

Thanks!

Thanks, I did that (not approved/published by a mod yet). Either I was mistaken or the last firmware update a few days ago made the situation worse: now I can always hear the IBIS, both with stabilized and unstabilized (adapted) lenses. Only when viewing pictures it's off.

Thank you for your hints! I didn't want to write to Fuji Germany (in German) because I figured that they would forward the request to Japan anyway and then half of it will be lost in translation.

I got the answers I was looking for at DPR. Basically:
  • the IBIS' gyros are always on because the sensor is floating. Even when IBIS itself is off (in which case the gyros keep the sensor at a static position)
  • Fuji's Auto-ISO feature has weird limitations and we can only hope for Fuji to fix them in the future
