Pentax ME ad 1979

I see in the December 79 issue they were taking a "first look" at the ME Super, scheduled for introduction around March 1980. This ME ad ran in March.

Ahh, the memories! It was ads like this that made me lust for Pentax gear back then, and I had a MX and a ME Super even though I worked for Minolta...

When I worked in camera repair at Olympus I owned Nikon cameras. One of my coworkers was a dedicated Nikon user, too.
You should have seen the looks from the Japanese when we were tuning up our cameras on our own time...
