Continuing to try to make 35mm look as good as MF. This was Plus-X rated at 400, developed in Diafine, and shot through an Olympus OM-2n with an 85mm/f2 lens. One strobe from the left, and a continuous light on the backdrop to soften the shadow. 1/60 @ f5.6.

I can do the other thing (make MF look 'as good as' 35mm) in my mamiyaflex beater!

OM-2n, 85/2, Plus-X 125 @400 in Diafine (a wonderful combination. When Kodak chose between Plus-X and TMax 100, they threw away the wrong one!)

That's a very dramatic and pleasing result for a film that is said to require a special developer. I've still got some frozen 120 Adox CHS 25 ART, and it's a lovely film. In the meantime my house arrest* continues and the natives are restless.

Memories with this one. I took freshman high school typing class (1969) on an old Underwood, but a bit different than that one. It was a beast.

The one in the picture takes a lot of force to get dark lettering. It's actually better to punch each key with one of your two index fingers to get a consistent typing density.
