I think my camera is malfunctioning. Originally, when I bought it several years ago, it was a zx10. Now everything went well until this past year... when I realised I wasn't sure of the model. So I looked, and I'll be damned, it's a pz50!
I've posted several times here and elsewhere about my pz50, as well as listed my Pentax photos as pz50 on pbase... all the while looking at my camera. Just to make sure.
So what happens this week? As I'm taking pictures I notice the camera is actually a zx10 after all. Or again. Or something. Maybe it was the batteries I replaced, with a fresh set the camera manages to crank itself up to zx10 spec?
I'm afraid there's something wrong with the circuitry. Should I be contacting Pentax about this?
(I'm feeling better now, I checked and it's still the DA 16-45/4 ED-AL on it... I'm glad Pentax doesn't put a motor in the lens or I'm sure the lens would have changed on me too...)
