Just wanted to convey my sorrow and sympathy along with everyone else here. I am recalling a conversation with my wife when we were newly married - one of us (not sure which) suddenly said to the other, "oh no - I just realized one of us will have to go first." It has to be very hard. I hope your friends here and elsewhere will be helpful to you.
