Is the LX loud compared to the ME Super and the MX? I just got mine and when you hit the shutter it seems kind of loud. Just want to make sure it's ok.

In terms of sound volume from low to high tested at sync speed, it is my MX, then LX then KX.

Hmmm... There is this ping sound that comes from the LX. I will put up a video later to night so you can hear what I am talking about. It might sound a bit more quite when I put a roll of film in it. I will try it out tomorrow.

Mine sounds exactly like that. Same note, same duration. Funny, I've never noticed it when I'm shooting film through it.

Yes, that's it,THE typical sound of the horizontal running titaniumfoil schutter and the heavy duty mirror system!
Don't compair it with any other camera...

Nice but to me the K2/K2DMD and the 6x7/67 are louder and better sounding!
