Are Pentax LX, 645 and 6x7 neckstrap lugs identical?
Are neckstraps interchangeable?

Don't think so. Looking at the Op-tech straps, they list Type A for the LX and Type B for the 645 and 67. Not sure what you are asking by interchangeable; some (like some of the Op-techs and some of the Domke Grippers, etc.) have quick releases that let you remove the strap portion from the body connector ends. But I think that's more so you can remove that portion when you are shooting from a tripod, not to save a few bucks by only buying one strap and several ends.
