I've been looking at film bodies online and came across a few ME SE's. Is there any real difference besides the brown leather?

Nope, just the leather. But the ME Super allows you to manually dial in the shutter speed, which is a nice feature to have.

... and the ME Super has a faster shutter, able of 1/2000th sec whereas the "standard" ME cannot go faster than 1/1000th.
