I missed this news back in September last year, it looks like the Kodak film division is now a new company called Kodak Alaris.

Interesting.

Film photography products will be sold by Kodak Alaris, but made by Kodak via a supply agreement. I am frankly surprised that the film business in toto was included in the agreement that created Kodak Alaris. Initially, it sounded like only the kiosk and single-use cameras were included.
