Check eBay. There are numerous people selling kits to renew light seals.

Any competent camera repair person should be able to do the job for you. You can also do it yourself with a couple simple tools, a can of naphtha, and a good kit. I recommend the kits sold by Jon Goodman. They are inexpensive (generally less than $10 USD), have clear instructions, and use only the best materials. It is my understanding that he has someone in the UK that sells his kits there. Jon used to sell on eBay, but now only does business via e-mail. Send me a private message and I will give you his e-mail address.

+1 for Jon Goodman.
I bought one of his kits for my P30t. It was so easy. I ended up ordering 3 more kits for some of my other cameras that were in need of seal and bumper replacements .

I have been recommended Harrow Technical for repairs so you could try them. If it's just the mirror brake foam then you can do this yourself very easily with a sheet of black 2mm self-adhesive foam from hobbycraft. Depends what else you think it needs?
