Pentax MX everyready/half case solution

Like everyone else with a Pentax MX,it's an almost a futile search for a decent ERC.Knowing the Olympus OM series was nearly
identical in size,I found the cheapest OM-1 2 3 etc.. case I could find that was in above average condition.IMO it's a perfect fit!
The circular cutout on the right leaves ample room for the DOF lever. The rear cuts are well centered,It's short enough to not
interfere with the advance lever. It's a quality made case and fits the MX well !

Very nice. Now if you can just pry off that Olympus lettering.

Do the strap lugs do a good job of keeping it on the camera?

It stays on fine as shown, not sure if you mean the lugs alone. It's probably best with rings of some sort.

I have a couple of cases that use this method of keeping the half-case on the camera. it work well as long as a strap is also used, the fit is good, and the snaps stay snapped.

My Program A also has lugs around the strap points, not nearly so neat as this, and it works just fine to keep the case attached. Nice job, my MX doesn't even have the strap rings let alone anything else!
