Interesting LX top dial color

Has anyone seen this before? I've been watching for a late model version and was about to bid on this one, but the colored dial gave me pause.
Green and red coloring on the both the shutter speed dial and the exposure comp dial. Very odd - I've never seen that on an LX before. Anybody else?

In Japan, you could get your LX customised. One of the options was to replace the shutter speed dial with a coloured one. Another option was to replace the exposure compensation dial with a coloured one.

Other options included having your name engraved on the film memo holder on the back door as well as a different shape to the film advance leaver.
