Pentax H3 Shutter and rewind lever trouble

Recently purchased a Honeywell Pentax H3 camera at an estate sale. The rapid rewind lever wont go all the way back as should.. also the red light indicator for photo isn't on. Any help or ideas?

Welcome to the forum!
Since you may not know the misuse or none use of a potentially 56 year old camera, I suspect it probably needs to a CLA. If you want to someone to do this, you can contact Eric at https://pentaxs.com/
