Another success from Advance Camera

A week and $255 later, my LX returns in beautiful condition... immediately dirty again after changing the focusing screen.

(I also swapped the viewfinder, and didn’t notice until after I took the photo that I installed it crooked. Easy fix, though).

I think that will be my next finder. Just got my first FA Limited today (the 43mm) - so apart from the finder my setup can be exactly the same as that ...

I haven’t taken it for a spin yet. It seems like a good finder, but it’s also not what I expected (a better FF-1). The magnification means you need to look at it just right for waist-level, not casually, like with a medium format viewfinder.

I paid less for a complete overhaul by Eric Hendrickson.
Did they install all new weather seals? Eric did on mine.

They did! Eric quoted me $250, for an LX CLA, for reference.
