Pentax Super Takumar 35mm F3.5 lens for my Spotmatic SP

Hello,
I just bought a "MINT" Pentax Super Takumar 35mm F3.5 lens on ebay for my Spotmatic SP. It looks brand new. The aperture ring is a bit hard to move. Can I lubricate it from the backside and how?
Thank you

Exercise it a few times before trying to lubricate anything
It worked for me

Thank you for a quick answer. I have had it for tree weeks now, and have moved the focus and aperture rings every day. The focus is better, but the aperture has too much resistance for my taste.
Does the lubrication get dry after so many years (50 ?) It looks unused.

You'll have to go through the front, and expect to reset infinity focus.

It does become "gummy" after many years and hot/cold cycles
Lubricating is complicated, and you may have to dissassembled the lens
I guess I just have been lucky

Are there any old-school bricks and mortar photography shops in your part of Norway? You might find one with a technician with the tools and clues to service it for you.
