Westanar 50mm f2.8... anyone have hints for fixing the aperture?

I just got a cute little ISCO-Gottingen 50mm f2.8 Westanar in M42.

It was filthy, but it cleaned up pretty well, but the aperture blades are MIA.

I can get the rear element (group?) out pretty easily, but I can't figure out how to get the rest out.

There's what seems to be a set screw opposite the aperture actuation pin, and there are notches to unscrew the back of the lens, but it doesn't seem to want to move really...

Has anyone done one of these before?

I'll try and post some photos in a bit...

Have you tried a rubber stopper to turn the front ring? Also check the front baffling. Sometimes there are 1 or 2 tiny set screws holding it in place. If so, try loosening them and turn with a rubber stopper. I've had this lens in Exakta mount but don't remember exactly how it's held in.
