My OEM grip disappeared when my LX was just serviced. I didn't feel like paying $80+ for a replacement and so bought a 3D printed one from this seller in Poland.
It is really good! I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. It took about 10 days to get from Poland to California.

Who serviced the LX, so we can make a note to selves to remove any such attachments when sending equipment to them?

Did you ask if they still had the grip?

19 is less than 80. I can’t say how new the new grip feels, but 3D printed offerings on eBay look quite ugly. Wooden grips have a wonderful feeling to them!

It feels excellent and looks great on my camera.

I would have preferred that my OEM grip did not go missing... but this is an excellent alternative. Right now the cheapest OEM grip in ebay is $90 + $15 to ship. Which is the price of a nice MX or KX!!!

The 3D printed looks great, and has a “look”. As for the OEM , idk why you wouldn’t be able to get a new one from whoever is responsible for the loss. I don’t seem to get what everyone else does... but the point is you are happy with the result.

He denied it was attached to the camera.

FYI it is for some reason provided with two screws to attach it to the camera. A long one and a short one. Long one is too long, short one is too short! I just replaced with one I had in my tool kit.

Of note - the grip blocks proper operation of the self timer. You can only set it for about 2 secs..
