Website with Old Pentax Brochures

A few months ago I made digital copies of some old Pentax brochures, and in a post here I gave links to view and download them. Being grounded at the moment I have found some time to create a small website for them. There are brochures on the LX, 6x7 (& 67), K-Mount lenses and flash systems, ranging from 1970 to 1991. Feel free to download and save them. I do have a few other non-Pentax brochures that I might copy and add later, and possibly other bits of photographic info.

Ah. The good old days. Mine are no longer usable because I drooled on them too much.

Interesting and a great service that you have provided. I have some brochures from the later K, M and A series lenses. And I still flick through them occasionally.

The lens brochure - so many I need to get.

I wonder if there would be a full house between all of us. I'll start with the 75-150mm F4.

I have found a couple more (attached) over the years. I also have a .pdf of A and F series lenses but it is too big for me to upload.

Great idea - but I also wonder if this site could host backup copies.

I always loved these things, just like the Sears catalog. This internet thing has taken a lot of the fun out of researching.

I might have an old brochure or two in the basement. What a great reminder of the start of my photographic adventures back in the 1980s!

Thank you very much for sharing. It’s a nice piece of history, if you think about it. A nice piece to have, anyway.

If Adam wants to take copies and put them into an area on PF (or anyone else wants to put them anywhere else) I am happy with that. These are open documents - anyone could pick them up from camera shops in their day.
