CLS on a Spotmatic in the UK

My spotty was an eBay purchase and it seems to work very nicely so its worth spending money on. There is a company based in harrow who have a good rep and charge £100+ but I wondered if anyone knew of any alternatives

You could try Alan Marlow. I have not used him for camera repairs but, he has worked on a number of lenses for me.

Londinium Cameras have done some good work for me, as has Robin at Harrow. Asahi Photo has a good reputation but I have not used them personally.

I have used Asahi Photo a few times. You can speak with the technician personally. Highly recommended especially for that older kit!

I had a look on their website after @womble s suggestion and they look very good. I have done a few things but it would be nice to get it professionally minted

Can recommend these guys:

https://realcamera.co.uk

I've been using their Liverpool shop - they have fixed a flash triggering problem on an ME-F and cleaned out the viewfinder on a K2 - they are currently doing the latter job on an Electro Spotmatic for me. The first Japanese only version that most people won't touch.

They don't do repairs themselves, they have a battery of specialists they refer particular problems to.

I've used Cameratiks in Edinburgh (Morningside) for several cameras and they've always done a good job: reasonably priced, relatively quick and full warranty on repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I thought Robin from Harrow Camera Repairs had retired?

Robin is still working, he has serviced a few cameras for me recently.
