Pocket Screwdrivers - Lee Valley Tools
I'll start by saying I am a nickle kind of guy myself on my user bodies.

HOWEVER, I do have a couple of MINT collectibles such as a Nikon F Photomic (Apollo) that is within 5000 of end-of-production. Frankly I will not and would not put a nickle or anything else METAL to that cover. Even my mint Spotmatic which really is not worth that much, would not get that treatment. Either one of these when sold would tend to fetch at least the difference to make up for a dedicated tool... It is in THAT spirit that I offer the following:

http://www.micro-tools.com/store/item_detail.aspx?itemCode=491

Now personally, I have not purchased one of these, but would if someone had not sent me a very inexpensive version of this in plastic long ago.

I can't remember where I got it, but I think it came with a camera seal kit. Has a nice little key chain chain on it and it sits with my micro screwdrivers and gets the job done.

I'm sure that someone will still find a reason to criticize this. Feel free. Not understanding why one would need this simply means you DON'T. Doesn't mean ** I ** don't.

woof!

Just found it... this fellow on eBay sells revitalizing kits... for redoing your foam seals, etc. As a part of this he includes the cheap plastic "No-Mar" batter cover tool. You can see it in the picture here:

Revitalizing Kit: Pentax K1000, K2, KX, KM, ME, etc. - eBay (item 280303960208 end time Jan-25-09 15:50:11 PST)

Not a bad little tool for "free" if you are buying a seal kit anyway. This is what I use.
