You could ask if the mirror bumpers have been replaced......if not and it doesn't have the sticky mirror issue, it eventaully will develop it.

I was the person that posted the https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-film-slr-discussion/63980-lx-hopeless-2.html link and from the info I received and have read that if you pick up a LX, you should expect to send it in for service (as I have just done) and need to add that to the overall cost of the item. I would have shipped mine back but after seeing it I couldn't let it go...

I double checked, and I'm embarrassed to say that it was a 1:2 lens. I don't know why, but I had a bid on it for 5 days and I saw it as 1.2 the whole time.
