You could buy one from the big mail-order stores for $165 with the f/2 lens.

For a similar price, you might get a Canon TX or Minolta SRT200 with the f/2, or $10 less a Mamiya DSX 1000 with a f/1.4. The

IIRC in the late 1970's the big NYC mail order dealers listed the K1000 body for around $100.
