KM Light seal question

I've just bought a KM film camera (not the digital KM) and am replacing the light seals.

The originals were in a very bad state, however there doesn't appear to have been one on the latch side of the film door. The hinge side has what seems to a felt seal, still reasonably good condition.

Could anyone who has / had a KM tell me if there is seal on the latch side of the door?

Not sure, go to kyphoto and search for the Jon Goodman instructions of light seals
Not sure if there are for the KM, but there should be for the KX, K1000 or K2 which might be similar

I just inspected my KM, which was recently CLA'ed by Eric Hendrickson.
There are tiny pieces of foam at the very top and bottom only on the latch side of the film door,
and nothing at all on the latch side of the film chamber.

Thanks. Yes, I saw what looked like tiny pieces of felt, but they seemed in reasonable condition so I left them.

I've resealed the camera and I'm shooting a roll through it now. I'll see what the results are and revisit the sealing if I have to.

What a cracking camera, though! Solid metal beast*, lovely machine.

*Not a lover of plastic cameras.

Yes, the K-mount Spotmatic.... good camera!
I have a KX which is basically the same but with a different light meter + mirror lockup
