Tokina 19-35mm and Pentax 18-35 on film?

Honestly, for the price I paid for it, it's an excellent lens. Things start looking pretty weird at 19mm, especially when I start forcing perspective.

You might want to send Adam a picture of your lens to include with the review on this site. If there are variants, it is always good to document such!

I'm pretty happy with my (metal-bodied) Tokina AF 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5.

It's a very solid lens with just a bit of barrel distortion

Owned the 20-35 Tokina, but film prints seemed a bit soft & lacking in contrast. Then owned the 19-35 Tokina & was pleased with it. Zooming action was a bit tight in one spot, sort of like a bump in the road. Eventually sold that, too. A while back, B&H had a closeout sale on the 19-35, so I bought it again & still own it. Surprisingly, the cosmetics are slightly changed (lens name & specs moved), while the zoom action is now very smooth. It is a solid performer with quality construction. This time it's a keeper, and luckily I'd kept the 77mm Hoya Super HMC filter!

I have a Cosina 19-35 which looks exactly like the Vivitar. On film, it's really a bad lens, specially in the corners at 19mm, no matter how much you stop it down. But for it's price, well, I guess you can't ask for much.

I bought the FA J 18-35 specifically to use on film. I love it. Optically pretty good -- very light weight, no vignetting, a little distortion, surprisingly sharp into the corners. The only drawback is that it is a very slow lens (4-5.6). You also need a modern film body with on-body aperture control and/or Program mode.
