It's a 50, because that is what he likes to shoot these days, and it is at least an f/1.4 from the size. Beyond that...

M 50/4 Macro?
Just a guess. Front element looks to be pretty deep in lens.

Or a macro. His work demonstrates flat subjects and a lot of close-ups taken only once. A Leica RF struggles up close. It's possible.

I am also guessing an MX. I have seen other video footage of him in action carrying the 'mystery' pentax and it clearly had an smc-M 40mm 2.8 attached. he is also known to use a contax G series 'rangefinder'. I don't know if its a G1 or a G2, but it was certainly a contax and it was AF'ing in the movie 'Wiliam Eggleston in the Real World'. in the first video in Blue's post above, Im almost certain that he had a Cosina Voigtlander lens attached to that Leica in the very beginning. either the 28mm 1.9 Ultron or the 35mm 1.2 Nokton. it seems Mr. Eggleston is a bit of a gear head.

I can't make out a judas window on it for it to be an MX but if its not, it is probably an M series since Asahi isn't in white letters on the prism. It isn't an LX based on the lugs etc. The k and M 50mm macro lenses have numbers on the barrel that would show up if it were that lens.
