[langtitle=th]How I set up shutter speed on my PENTAX spotmatic to sync w[/langtitle]

I got the focal m-200 manual flash. ( Picture 1) It is a fully manual flash (Guide number = 28). It can attach to the spotmatic with the pc-sync cord.
Let I refer from picture 2. My question as follow:
I use 400 ISO film, and the subject far away from me = 3 m, I set up the f-number = 11.
What is a shutter speed that i have to set?

set it to the sync speed. for the spotmatic, this is 60X, where the X means the sync speed of the camera

yes, sync speed or slower will work, as adpo says

What I did in the pre-thyristor auto flashes: I made myself a little table of distance/aperture based on the guide number and taped it to the flash. Made figuring out aperture much easier. These days I'd print that there chart and tape that.
