Adapter for using 645 lenses on 35mm SLR?

Is there an adapter for using such a combination? And if so, will I have to stop down meter or does it allow the body to link with the aperture? And is there such thing as a TILT adapter? That would be sweet!

Yes there is an adapter, but it requires stop-down metering on DSLRs as they have crippled mounts.

Thanks Adam. What about using on a manual focus SLR, such as a ME Super or K1000?

You'll be able to use them normally, I believe, but I'm not 100% sure.

When mounted on K Pentax 35mm film cameras, Pentax 645 lens will work exactly same as M42 lens switched to "M". You'll have stop-down metering but you don't have to do anything on camera to stop down.

The reason it is said stop-down is because you'll see dimmer or brighter viewfinder depending on how you change aperture settings. But the camera will automatically meter for you.
