A few recent darkroom prints. I think both were taken with an ME Super and M 20.

Hmmmm........... what do you reckon Phil? The tonality seems nice but I'm not sure about the grain. They do say it works better with the Silvermax developer. Please post more shots as you get them.

Too early to tell for me as well. It was the first time my Lab had processed Silvermax, so not sure how they did it.

I still have my last couple rolls of Fomapan R100 to go through, so I have freezered the Silvermax. I probably won’t use it again till the summer.

I’m planning on using the Silvermax as my new traveling b&w slide film, so I'm going to have the remaining rolls reversal processed at DR5Chrome.

Silvermax is supposed to work well processed as a silde.

dr5 CHROME - Black and White slide - transparency process FOR ALL B&W FILMS + HIGHEST QUALITY AGFA SCALA-FILM PROCESSING - WORLDWIDE

I really like the first one. Her look and expression match the edit nicely.

Nice delicate tones there. Planning a vacation to Washington next year to see family--would love to cross the border to BC. It's been too long!

LX Ilford HP5 @ 400

ME Super Ilford HP5 @ 400
Still dialing in my digitizing setup--notice the dark right border and the upper right corner where some cardboard masking intruded...

ME Super Ilford HP5 @ 400
I like the potential in this shot, but I need to pay more careful attention to framing when I squeeze that shutter button.

Some shots from the Mid Norfolk Railway. This is a preservation trust who restored a disused rail line and operate historical trains on it. These are from the restored Yaxham station.

All shots with Canon EOS 3 using Rollei Retro 100 developed in Rodinal 1+50.
