Thanks. I probably need a new scanner, but I'm not sure my wife would go for that.

I know what you mean...

Some slow-er speed film in three different 6x9 cameras

Here's from a Agfa Record II / FP4+ / HC-110

Contessa Nettel / Delta 100 / HC-110

Pacemaker Graphic 23 / Fujinon SW 135/5.6 / Fomapan 100 / Rodinal

I like the tracks in the first one, Nesster.

A U-Pick pumpkin place. Everyone else was taking a picture of this thing so what the heck why not.

Here is an image of my son at a splash park two years ago. I think it was shot with an Nikon F, a 50 f1.8 on Delta but could have been HP5.

Let me know if this does not work it is the first time I am uploading from Google+.

Edit: Given the distortion in the corners this might have been a Super Program and the 20mm F4 SMC M. I did not think I had that combination with me at the time.

Canon F-1N, 50 mm f1.2 and Ilford Delta400.

No doubt for me: the F-1N is the king of the SLRs.

P.S. Why these stupid links don't work? I just started to use Flick...I'm not that impressed.

You're missing the closing image tags. Perhaps if you just use the pre-made BB-Code links Flickr provides for you then all will be well.

Here is a shot of my other son with the same combination as the first (I now believe it to be Super Program and SMC-M 20mm f4). The settings are long forgotten.

Tuco,

Do you use any software NR in PP? Even for MF, your images seem extremely grain-free.

No, no NR ever. Different developers and processes affect the size of grain. Also my 400TMY has much finer grain when I shoot and develop it for ISO 100 as these were.

I use 400TMY a lot at different ISOs because I can't use the glass carrier on my film scanner anymore and the stock carrier sucks at keeping the negatives flat. 400TMY is thicker than most other films and holds better in that POS carrier. In fact that bridge shot is really soft on the RH side due to not being flat. I think I'm going to have to spend some big bucks and design my own carrier and send it out to a machine shop to get built.

Here is a 400TMY @EI100 and I did an approximate 100% crop where you can see the grain

I thought the clouds looked awesome, but I don't feel that sense in this shot.

This is the bane of photography, capturing that sense that prompted the attempt to photograph. sigh.

The more I see of this one the more I like it. A great use of a really wide lens with people.
