I follow Javier (JGRedline on this site) on Flickr (LINK) and have finally figured out that much of his street technique is simply finding a good street corner, park bench, or some such. There is much more of course, but there is much to be said for simply waiting for your prey to make an appearance.

excellent....I just started to shoot film again as the bug to use it was just too strong. In the meantime.

When I saw these two fellas just sitting there, I knew I had to have this picture. So I went up to them, did not say a word and click...Only that I had to forgot to advance the film....I said ''awkward'', I advanced the film, took my shot, they gave me the ''What the heck'' look, I said thanks guys and was on my way....8~)

Aside from the "gull"

, this is an interesting shot. To me it looks like it could have been taken in the 1930s - a lot of fully-clothed folks on the beach, even in the surf. Reminds me of old-time beach photos.
